Project Officer

We're looking for a Project Officer to support PECT in delivering a range of projects including fuel poverty advice, community engagement and behaviour change. The role will involve elements of project management, reporting and field work.

EMPLOYER: Peterborough Environment City Trust (PECT)
BASED: This position will be based at Peterborough Environment City Trust’s offices: The Green House, 4-6 Cowgate, Peterborough, PE1 1NA for 1 day a week and 2 days a week on site in South Holland.
SALARY (PER ANNUM PRO RATA): £21,000 per annum
START DATE: 1st September 2017
END DATE: 31st August 2018
HOURS/WEEK: 22.2 hours
WORK OUTSIDE NORMAL HOURS: Occasional evening and weekend work may be required

KEY TASKS

1. Project manage one or more programmes of work
2. Budget management including monitoring and reporting
3. Communicating with partners and the public
4. Maintain the relationship with the funders, writing reports and/or claims as required by funders, sponsors and partners.
5. Support the Marketing Manager in project promotion.
6. Getting involved in other PECT activities where necessary.
7. Supporting development including fundraising and delivery of new communities’ team projects.
8. Set, monitor and report key performance indicators ensuring projects meet targets and associated milestones.
