Event Overview
Monday 19th August 2019 10:30am- 3:30pm
Bats populations in the UK have declined considerably over the past century and habitat loss is one of the biggest threats that they face.
Providing a safe roosting site in your garden is just one way that you can help your local bats so come along and let your children (and grown ups!) test their carpentry skills and make a wooden bat box for your garden.
Most suitable for ages 5+.
This activity involves the use of hand tools and therefore close adult supervision is required.
