Event Overview
We’re very pleased to welcome back to St John’s the Dolce Flute Quartet, to launch our 2019 “Tuesdays Till Two” concert programme.
The quartet features four up-and-coming flautists studying at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, and their first appearance for us was in June last year.
This time their concert is called LANDSCAPES and features music by Mike Mower, Eugène Bozza, The Danish String Quartet and Anže Rozman.
As usual our café will be open from noon, serving a range of hot drinks and home-made quiche, cakes, scones etc.
We’ll be welcoming several new members to the pop-up café team, and this year all profits from the café will go towards funding our programme of future events.
The concert will begin promptly at 1pm.
Admission is free, but those who are able to afford it are asked to make a donation.
The suggested amount is £5.
No booking in advance necessary.
