Join Boston Area Group (Lincs. Wildlife Trust) for a pleasant guided walk through Bedford Purlieus National Nature Reserve.
Come along and join Boston Area Group for a pleasant guided walk around Bedford Purlieus NNR, an ancient woodland great for butterflies.
We’ll be looking for silver-washed fritillary, white admiral, purple and white lesser hairstreak and brown skippers.
We’ll be walking at a slow pace, noting down species of flora and fauna we see along the way.
Some of the group are excellent botanists, birders and lepidopterists so it’s a great way to share knowledge and for beginners and experts alike to learn names of new species.
Everyone is friendly so don’t be afraid to come along on your own.
The Boston Area Group will welcome you and it’s a great way to make new friends.
Please bring a packed lunch.
